A critique of the United States. From Germany.

I like to think globally (or at least, I think I do).

This morning I ran across this analysis of the United States – via Gawker, published in Der Spiegel.

I find the P.O.V. fascinating to digest, and decided to repost it – wondering what other opinions would be. It has some inflammatory comments, but I appreciate the blunt language and directness of the text. It is an opinion piece – one agrees, disagrees, digests.
